DISCLAIMER I apologize in advance for my run-on sentences lmao.Īlright so before posting this I know there are going to be people that absolutely despise Mike Mentzer and his style of training, and people that completely support him and his ideas, but if possible I would appreciate if any responses to this could be kept objective for the simple fact that I am only here asking about the facts, and nothing more.Īnyways, I'm still currently in the process of reading and taking notes on his last published book "High-Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer Way," and knowing that in the past about 20 years a lot more scientific research has been done, more experiments and such have been conducted, which naturally would potentially mean that some of his theories since have been indirectly or directly proven.
